Tobi's Bike

Tobi bought his bike second-hand on eBay, for less than 400 euros. The Wheeler frame is originally from 1998, according to the previous owner, and already came with modern Shimano components.

On Tobi's bike we added the SON28 hub-dynamo, lacing the complete front wheel by hand.

In April 2024, we ended our journey in Japan and donated both our bikes to a local bike shop in Tokyo.
